What do sports mean to you as someone who plays football?
“Sports mean a lot to me, it has been an important part of my life since I was four years old. I use it as an outlet for me to have fun and hopefully one day get a free education.”
How are you able to balance your extracurricular activities and your studies?
“It has always been a bit of a struggle but I make do. I try to manage my time wisely and schedule out my day for time to study or do work and time to focus on my extracurriculars.”
When you have no motivation, what do you do?
“I always try to just think about my end goal. It can be a struggle sometimes, so I try to just stay focused on the things that I can control.”
If you could have done something different in your life what would it be?
“I don’t think I would change anything in my life up to this point, because all I have done and been through, has made me the man I am today.”
What are some of your future goals in life?
“I want to go to college, I want to eventually get my doctorate, and I want to continue to learn each and every day.” (Graham has yet to find what career he is interested in.)
Do you see yourself playing football in the future professionally? If so, what are your plans to get there?
“At this point, no, but if the opportunity presents itself, that’s a different story. Currently I am more focused on going to college and finding a career that I love.”
