The Judson Rockets (2-0) faced off against the Harlingen Cardinals (2-0) on Friday 13, 2019 at D.W Rutledge stadium. 

To start the first quarter, neither team could do anything on offense until senior Mike Chandler ran in for Judson’s first touchdown of the game to make the score 6-0. After sophomore Treylin Payne picked up a fumble and scored, Judson led 12-0 with 2:22 left in the first. After marching down the field, Judson scored their third touchdown to end the first quarter 19-0. 

To start the second quarter, Senior Xavier Spencer intercepted a pass to give the Rockets the ball on the 39-yard line. After an uneventful second quarter, Judson remained leading 19-0 at halftime. 

To begin the third quarter, junior De’Anthony Lewis ran in for Judson’s fourth touchdown of the game to make the score 26-0. After multiple questionable calls, the Rockets turned the ball over to end the quarter. 

To start the fourth, Lewis ran in for another touchdown to make the score 33-0. After senior Kerron Napoleon intercepted the ball, junior Isaiah Washington ran in for yet another Judson touchdown to end the game 39-0 with the Judson Rockets (3-0) defeating the Harlingen Cardinals (2-1)

The Judson Rockets (3-0) will face the Steele Knights (2-0) on Friday 20, 2019 at Steele.
